If you need to access secure Lab websites, you will want to install and run Cisco VPN which is located here.
Connecting to a Network Drive
If you need access to a network drive, there are two ways it can be done:
- Remote into your computer at work, using the software recommendations below.
- Turn on VPN and map to the drive(s) on the offsite computer. ( Mapping instructions Windows and Mac.)
Issues Connecting to the Lab
If you are able to connect to the network and access non-lab websites but cannot access lab resources or websites, it is possible that you have been blocked. You will need to contact [email protected] or x4357 with your IP address to remove the block.
