The Planning and Estimating Office serves as the first point of contact for customer interface. It is always a good idea to start here. The office is staffed with knowledgeable manufacturing personnel who can direct you to the services that will most efficiently satisfy your project's requirements. Many customers are tempted to walk work directly in to the technical folks performing it and while the Shops recognizes the value of this practice where appropriate, customers should be aware that work scheduled through the Planning and Estimating Office has several advantages to walk-in work.
