Materials Requisitioning

The Shop's customers are welcome to provide the raw materials and commodity components required for their projects. The Shop's also offers the option to procure these items as well as private-vendor provided fabrication services incidental to the finished project.

In the case that the Shops is to procure materials, components or private-vendor provided services, please be sure to provide the contact information for an authorized approver for the project ID provided. The Shops will provide the requisitioning service but cannot serve as the approver for the requisitions. Failure to provided the required information and/or of the approver to actually approve the requisitions will result in delay of the finished project.

Projects requiring certified materials must indicate the requirement in advance of the project's commencement. Material certifications are requested of the vendors and hard copies delivered with the materials. The certification documents are then provided to the customer with the finished fabrications.
