Provide a guide on how to book a conference room that we have available at the Lab.
Resolution
Here is the link to see the full list of conference rooms at the Lab - go.lbl.gov/cr
Each conference room page will come with the conference room information:

| Next to the conference room information table, there will be the Google Calendar for that conference room like this:

Instructions on how to book that conference room like this:

If you see the Google Calendar, you can click the link above or below the Google Calendar to add the conference calendar to your Google Calendar so you can see it easier going forward, but not required for booking.
Once you determine and know if the conference room has a public Google calendar you can book, proceed with reserving a time on the conference room Google Calendar:
