Purpose of knowledge article
Provide a guide on how to book conference rooms that are available at the Lab.
Resolution
Here is the link to see the full list of conference rooms at the Lab - go.lbl.gov/cr
Each conference room page will have the following information:

Instructions on how to book that conference room. For example: |
If you see the Google Calendar, you can click the link above or below the Google Calendar to add the conference calendar to your Google Calendar so you can see it more easily going forward, but it is not required for booking.
Once you determine and confirm that the conference room has a public Google Calendar, you can book it by following the instructions below:
1 | Open up your Google calendar and select a time frame you want to book | |
2 | Click on either rooms or location Select rooms if you are booking a conference room at the Lab. | |
3 | Search for the resource by typing the resource name For a conference room, start with the building number. A conference room will end with CR at the end of their name. For example, 50B-1237-CR or 33-306-CR | |
4 | Make sure to invite your guest, add a Zoom link, or configure any other setting for the meeting | |
5 | Click Save |
