Delete the account that is using Google Sync (end of support 9/30/24)
| 1 | Open the Settings app |

| 2 | Tap Mail |
|
| 3 | Tap Accounts |
|
| 4 | Tap Exchange (or another name) |
|
| 5 | Tap Delete Account Note: Make sure the account is your lbl.gov account at the top |
|
| 6 | Tap Delete from My iPhone Note: Your Reminders will be deleted if you have them. Do not delete the account if you still need the Reminders. |

If you do not see Settings> Mail> Accounts, then follow these steps instead:
- Tap Passwords & Accounts> Exchange (or another name)> Delete Account
Add account using “sign-in with Google”

| 4 | Tap Add Account |
|
| 5 | Tap Google |
|
| 6 | Tap Continue |
|
| 7 | Tap your LBL account (if available) or Use another account |
|
| 8 | Enter your email address and tap Next |
|
| 9 | Login with your username and Identity password |
|
| 10 | Enter your OTP |
|
| 11 | Scroll down and tap Allow |
|
| 12 | Enable Contacts and Notes if you prefer |
|
| 13 | If you enable Contacts, tap Keep on My iPhone to keep the existing phone contacts |
|
| 14 | Tap Save |
|
| 15 | The new account will appear as Gmail on the list |
