Booking a Resource in Google Calendar Resource —
1 Open up your Google calendar and select a time frame you want to book 
2 Click on either rooms or location
Select rooms if you are booking a conference room at the Lab.
3 Search for the resource by typing the resource name
For a conference room, start with the building number.
A conference room will end with CR at the end of their name.
For example, 50B-1237-CR or 33-306-CR
4 Make sure to invite your guest, add a Zoom link, or configure any other setting for the meeting 5 Click Save -
