Issues Connecting to the Lab
If you are able to connect to the network and access non-lab websites but cannot access lab resources or websites, it is possible that you have been blocked.
To remove a block, you will need to contact [email protected] or x4357 with your IP address.
Help Desk has limited ability to troubleshoot ISP issues outside the Lab. If you are unable to connect to non-Lab websites, you may need to contact your ISP.
