- Eligible visitors include individuals or groups who have business with Berkeley Lab, DOE, UC Berkeley, or other UCOP entities
- All visitors must provide host information at the time of making a reservation.
- Pets

- Children under 18 years of age are permitted with advanced approval from the LBNL Fleet and Contracted Services Manager.
- Check-in
- Check-in time is at or after 3 p.m., and the registration desk is open 24 hours each day.
- Accepted payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, company checks, and direct billing (for established accounts only). Checks must be made out to "UC Regents."
- Check-out
- Check-out time is by 12 p.m.
- Vehicles and luggage may be left at the facility beyond check-out time based on storage space and parking availability.
- Cancellation. Reservation cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a one-night room charge.
- General
- The Guest House is a smoke-free facility.
- Packages and material related to work are not accepted for delivery at the Guest House and must be sent to the department hosting the visitor's stay.
- Daily mail service is provided Monday through Friday.
- Guests must adhere to all Guest House and LBNL policies. A list of guidelines is provided to all guests at check-in.
