If your LDAP Berkeley Lab password was updated, as Berkeley Lab requires a new password every 6 months, then your eduroam password will need to be updated, too. You may will need to delete the eduroam network profile completely and re-install as an option or update the password in the network profile.

Mac

open Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access -> login

delete the eduroam profile

the next time you connect to the eduroam network, you will be asked for your credentials (LDAP username and password).

Android Device

Android devices seem to allow a password update to the network profile.

Find the Wi-Fi network. On the Nexus 7, it is a drag-down from the top border. Do a Long Press on the Wi-Fi name, EDUROAM, until the choice to Modify network appears	Image Removed
Tap on Modify network.	Image Removed
On the Password line, enter your new password. Close the keyboard, and tap Save.	Image Removed
Select the eduroam network to confirm that the connection is successful.	Image Removed

Windows 7

. If you use eduroam on an Android device, then you only need to update the password in the network profile. The process should only take 5-10 minutes.
