If your LDAP Berkeley Lab password is was updated, as Berkeley Lab requires a new password every 6 months, then your eduroam password will need to be updated, too. You may will need to delete the eduroam network profile completely and re-install or update the password.

Use your Remote Access username and password (i.e. [email protected])

iPhone & iPad

You will need to delete the network profile and re-install eduroam.

Go into Settings and select General	Image Removed
Scroll to the bottom of the screen, tap Profile, where the eduroam network profile will appear.	Image Removed
Tap the Remove button, and re-confirm by tapping Remove on the dialog window.	Image Removed
Enter your passcode.	Image Removed
Your profile should be removed now. You will need to Add the eduroam profile again.

Mac

open Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access -> login

delete the eduroam profile

the next time you connect to the eduroam network, you will be asked for your credentials (LDAP username and password).

Android Device

. If you use eduroam on an Android device, then you only need to update the password in the network profile. The process should only take 5-10 minutes.
