Methodology for Safety Culture Improvement
To advance our safety culture at Berkeley Lab, we are performing the following sequence.
1. Assess the current state
2. Identify the future state
3. Develop a plan to achieve the future state
4. Implement the plan
5. Re-assess the safety culture and return to Step 2.
