Policy Summary
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. The Laboratory prohibits discrimination against any person employed; seeking employment; or applying for or engaged in an internship with Berkeley Lab. In addition, Berkeley Lab prohibits harassment of an employee, applicant, intern, volunteer, or person providing services pursuant to a contract. Berkeley Lab undertakes affirmative action, consistent with its obligations as a federal contractor.
Who Should Read This Policy
This policy applies to all represented and non-represented employees, applicants for employment, and where stated in policy, to interns and independent contractors.
