Visiting the Shops
Other than in offices, conference rooms and restrooms, safety glasses and closed toed shoes are required in all areas of Building 77.
Please stay well clear of any crane operations and moving machinery.

Manufacturing facilities pose many hazards to health and safety and the Shops take these very seriously. Before visiting please read the safety links below and obey all Shop personnel instructions and posted signage.
The Central Fabrication Shops are well-positioned to provide a wide array of manufacturing capability in support of the Laboratory's scientific mission and are available to all LBNL projects and programs. Whether you are new to the Shops or a long-time customer, reading through some of information on this site or calling or visiting Planning & Estimating will help you to find what it is you're looking for.
