Setup LBNL Email on Mobile Devices

Purpose of KA:

Setup LBNL email address on iPhone, iPad and Androids mobile devices.

Select the correct instruction for the mobile device you are using: iPhone/iPad or Android.

Click on the instruction to expand it:

This instruction is for the Gmail app on iPhone and iPad.

1	Download the Gmail app from the App Store.
2	Open up the Gmail app.
3	Click Google.
4	Click Continue.
5	Type in your lab email address and click Next.
6	Log in with your Berkeley lab account and provide the one-time password when prompted for it. Note: the MFA (one-time password) is from your StrongID or Google Authenticator app that you set up for your LBNL account. If you need to set up a new one, see here to set up a new MFA.
7	Click Allow and you are done.

1	Open the Gmail app on your Android.
2	Click the Next arrow.
3	Click Done.
4	Click Add an email address.
5	Click Google.
6	Type in your lab email address Click Next
7	Click Accept.
8	Log in with your Berkeley Lab account and provide the one-time password when prompted. Note: the MFA (one-time password) is from your StrongID or Google Authenticator app that you set up for your LBNL account. If you need to set up a new one, see here to set up a new MFA.
9	Enable to disable the service Click Accept You are done
