Purpose of KA:
Setup LBNL email address on iPhone, iPad and Androids mobile devices.
Resolution:
Select the correct instruction for the mobile device you are using: iPhone/iPad or Android.
Click on the instruction to expand it:
This instruction is for the Gmail app on iPhone and iPad.
| 1 | Download the Gmail app from the App Store. |

| 2 | Open up the Gmail app. |

| 3 | Click Google. |
|
| 4 | Click Continue. |
|
| 5 | Type in your lab email address and click Next. |
|
| 6 | Log in with your Berkeley lab account and provide the one-time password when prompted for it. Note: the MFA (one-time password) is from your StrongID or Google Authenticator app that you set up for your LBNL account. If you need to set up a new one, see here to set up a new MFA. |

| 7 | Click Allow and you are done. |
