Policy Summary

All Berkeley Lab employees must sign an Intellectual Property Acknowledgement form. All affiliates participating in research must also sign an Intellectual Property Acknowledgment form unless they are covered by a formal agreement or are employees of the Regents of University of California at another campus or laboratory.
