CrowdStrike is now a requirement for Remote Desktop Protocol:
Connecting to a system via Remote Desktop Protocol that is not secured with CrowdStrike after June 12th, 2023 may cause your device to be blocked automatically.
Before connecting your device to another system via RDP:
- Check that all of the RDP (Remote Desktop) Requirements have been fulfilled
If you believe your device has been blocked:
- Contact Help Desk at [email protected], xHELP, or Chat with the IT Help Desk here!
Cause:
- An RDP connection was attempted to a device that does not have CrowdStrike installed
