Purpose of Knowledge Article:
- Guide to fixing an issue for users that can connect to the LB network, but is having trouble accessing the internet even though their computer is not blocked
- Guide to fixing a known issue for users that can not access the internet on the computer after installing Eduroam Wireless Profile
- This is a known issue on Apple computers
Resolution:
| 1 | Open up System Preferences from the Apple icon on the top left corner |

| 2 | Select Network | |
| 3 | Click the Lock icon |
|
| 4 | Type in your computer password | |
| 5 | Click Unlock | |
| 6 | Click Advanced | |
| 7 | Select the Proxies tab |
|
| 8 | Uncheck the box for "Auto Proxy Discovery" | |
| 9 | Click OK | |
| 10 | Click Apply |

| 11 | You should be able to connect to the internet again | no image |
