Starting on August 2018, Berkeley Lab will have two types of licensing plans available with Smartsheet: Team Plan and Business Plan.  The Team Plan has limited features in comparison to the Business Plan.  The Business Plan has a recharge cost of $327 per user per year.

Custom Color / Logos (branding)

Maintain your organization's brand recognition by applying custom colors and uploading your logo to Smartsheet. The color settings and logo branding that you apply will be displayed in the Smartsheet application, as well as in email messages sent out from Smartsheet.

Reports

• With a report, you can compile information from multiple sheets and show only items that meet the criteria you specify. For example, if you wanted to see all tasks that are assigned to you, that are labeled as high priority, and that are not complete, and if you wanted to see those tasks from multiple sheets, you could do that with a report.
• Similar to a sheet, a report can be sent, shared, and published. You can also edit and sort data in a report. Note that a report is different from a sheet because no information is stored within it. Because of this difference, reports don't count against the sheet limit for your account.

Resource Management

• Pull allocation information from existing project sheets and compiling it to see who is allocated to what tasks, and for how long. The information is displayed in a simple dashboard across all projects.

Slack Integration

• Smartsheet notifications may be delivered to Slack channels (public and private)
• Single row notifications contain detail regarding what fields changed in the row whereas multiple row notifications contain a simple summary of changes (e.g., 2 new rows added)
• All Smartsheet notifications in Slack contain a link back to Smartsheet; Single row notifications contain a row link and multiple row notifications contain a sheet link.

Live Data Connector (ODBC)

• The Smartsheet Live Data Connector provides industry-standard connectivity via ODBC to the third-party apps you use most, like Tableau, Excel, QlikView / Qlik Sense, Tibco Spotfire, and more.
• This allows you to deliver powerful data visibility and insights with your Smartsheet data via the tools you already use.

Dashboards / Portals

• Smartsheet dashboards are the perfect way for individuals, managers, and executives to get a quick, visual status of their top projects, see summary reports on goals, view important deadlines, and follow links to key information — all in one customizable view
• Access real-time information from desktop or mobile with live reports and dashboards

Charts & Graphs

• Communicate relationships within your data in real time with a visual chart.
• The charts that you create can be added to dashboards to quickly and easily communicate the health of a project, department, and more
• Currently, Smartsheet offers the following charts: Line, Smooth line, Stepped line, Bar, Stacked bar, Column, Stacked column, Pie, Donut

Skype for Business Integration

• See your team members’ availability on Skype for Business from within Smartsheet
• Initiate a secure instant message conversation from a sheet to stay in context
• Automatically save conversations to the comments column on a row in your sheet, so they can be viewed by anyone with access to the sheet at any time

Activity Log

• The Activity Log gives sheet owners, admins, and editors one place to see who has viewed a sheet, what changes were made, and when those activities occurred.
• Ensure that everyone is prepared for a meeting - without making more work for anyone - by enabling you to quickly check to see if meeting participants have seen the latest content.
• With the ability to filter Activity Log by date, you can see changes that were made on a specific day or between a defined date range.

Automation

• Put simple and powerful work process automation rules to work in a matter of minutes, saving your team time and unlocking innovation.
• Automate repetitive actions by creating automated approval and update requests that are triggered based on preset rules

Sheet Metadata/Profile
