| Open Settings (gear-shaped icon) to view your System Preferences. You may need to click on Show All to see the Profiles icon. |  |
| Choose the eduroam User Profile |  |
| Hit the Delete key on your keyboard to remove the profile. |  |
| Allow the deletion by providing the iOS admin username and password. |  |
| You will need to Add the eduroam profile again. |
