Installing eduroam on an iOS device is easy. Visit https://cat.eduroam.org/ and download the installer. The example below is from an iPad2.

Note, if you have an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Pro, iPod Touch) acquired on June 6, 2011 or later, then you have an iOS device 5 or newer. Although based on iOS these devices were not tested for eduroam compatibility: Apple TV and Apple Watch.

1From the Home Screen, open a browser, such as Apple "Safari" often found at the bottom row of icons.
2Type "cat.eduroam.org" into the URL field.

Tap the blue-gray button that says, "eduroam user: download your eduroam installer" to download the eduroam CAT (Configuration Assistant Tool).

 

4Select "Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory" as the Home institution.

Verify "Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory" is the "Selected institution".

eduroam will auto-detect your device. The browser should indicate your iOS device.

Tap the "Apple iOS mobile devices (iOS 7 and above)" blue-gray button, .

9Agree to install the eduroam Profile
10Agree to the Privacy and Terms & Conditions by selecting Install at the top of the screen.
11Enter your phone passcode, if you enabled the feature on your iPhone.
12Enter your LDAP credentials (username and password). 
13In your Settings, change your Wi-Fi network to eduroam.
