If your LDAP password was updated, then your eduroam password will need to be updated, too. You may delete the network profile completely and re-install as an option or update the password in the network profile.

Mac

open Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access -> login

delete the eduroam profile

the next time you connect to the eduroam network, you will be asked for your credentials (LDAP username and password).

Windows 7

Click on User account
Enter your new Password here, and click OK until all of the dialog windows are closed
