At least 200 individuals at Berkeley Lab received a message earlier today claiming to be an announcement about recent improvements in Google Applications or Berkeley Lab Email.
This message is a phishing scam.

If you have already clicked on a link in this message, immediately change your password at password.lbl.gov and contact [email protected] for additional assistance.

How do I Report Spam or Phishing?
- Targeted phishing? e.g. email sent to you in the context of your affiliation with Berkeley Lab, UCB, UC, or DOE: Forward it as an attachment to [email protected].
- Standard phishing or spam? Follow the appropriate step:
- Gmail interface: Select message & press "Spam" button
- Email application e.g. Thunderbird: Move message to Gmail/Spam label
- Other: Forward it as an attachment to [email protected].
