Remote Desktop Requires CrowdStrike

CrowdStrike is now a requirement for Remote Desktop Protocol:

Connecting to a system via Remote Desktop Protocol that is not secured with CrowdStrike will cause your device to be blocked automatically.

Before connecting your device to another system via RDP:

Check that all of the RDP (Remote Desktop) Requirements have been fulfilled

If you believe your device has been blocked:

Contact Help Desk at [email protected], xHELP, or Chat with the IT Help Desk here!

Cause:

An RDP connection was attempted to a device that does not have CrowdStrike installed
