Open Settings (gear-shaped icon) to view your System Preferences. You may need to click on Show All to see the Profiles icon. | ||
Choose the eduroam User Profile | ||
Hit the Delete key on your keyboard to remove the profile. | ||
Allow the deletion by providing the iOS admin username and password. | ||
1 | On the upper-right corner, click the Wi-Fi icon. Click on "Open Network Preferences". | |
2 | Click on the "Advanced..." button at the bottom of the window. | |
3 | Select the eduroam listing by clicking on it. Click the minus "-" sign below the box to remove the profile. | |
4 | The eduroam listing should disappear. Click OK. When the window closes, click Apply. Then, close the current window. | |
5 | On the upper-right corner, click the Wi-Fi icon. Click on "eduroam" to join the network. | |
6 | Your computer will want to reconnect to eduroam. Enter your Berkeley Lab username and password to update the network profile. | |
7 | Wait a few seconds for your computer to authenticate. You can verify that you connected to the eduroam network successfully, if you see the checkmark next to eduroam. | |
8 | Also, you may reconnect to eduroam at a later time from scratch if you follow the instructions hereYou will need to Add the eduroam profile again. |
