Select "I forgot my password or it expired, so I need a reset code."

Note

For expired passwords, this will only work if with still in within 10 days of expiration

3Confirm that you are not a robot and click Begin.

4Enter your Berkeley Lab username and click Next.

5Select the desired contact method and click Next.

6You will receive a reset code on the contact method you selected previously. Type in your Berkeley Lab username and the reset code.

7Create a brand new password that is with at least 14 characters that you have not use used with the lab Lab before and click Save.

8If your password is accepted, you will see a message saying your password has successfully been changed.No image
