All Berkeley Lab employees are granted a Zoom Pro account license with no time limit and up to 300 remote attendees. A limited number of large meeting Large Meeting (500 remote attendee) and webinar Webinar (1,000 remote attendee) licenses are available for short-term use by individuals at the Lab.
Please note: A Zoom webinar is typically used for remote audiences (over 500 attendees) who will have no control over their camera or microphone. Hosts and panelists control the meeting while attendees watch the broadcast. The attendees can submit questions via Q&A or chat only.
Before requesting a webinar license, please review the Meeting and Webinar Comparison article.
