Overview
All Berkeley Lab employees are granted a Zoom Pro account license with no time limit and up to 300 remote attendees. A limited number of large meeting (500 attendee) and webinar (1,000 attendee) licenses are available for short-term use by individuals at the Lab. Before requesting a webinar license, please review the Meeting and Webinar Comparison article.
AV Services provides onsite Zoom Webinar broadcast support for large meetings and conferences at We provide video streaming broadcasts to the desktop for both live and pre-recorded lectures, meetings and conferences.The video streams can be viewed from local or remote locations. The streaming service uses the Zoom streaming application. Presentations can be broadcast from the following locations:
- Building 50 Auditorium
- Building 54 Auditorium
- Building 66 Auditorium

Scheduling a Streaming Broadcast
- Schedule using To schedule a Zoom webinar onsite or request an individual Zoom webinar license, fill out the A/V Request Form.
- If you require high quality video taping and editing services , or camera operation, contact the Creative Services Office for equipment rental and camera control requirements.

Some events may require special broadcast arrangements with the a vendor and or a different broadcast link . When these special events occur, the one time live broadcast link will be published in the Today at Berkeley Lab newsletterfrom the organizer.
