Anytime you are communicating about a job, all communications should be captured in the Project Diary.
Step-by-step guide
From within Workamajig:
- Click on the Diary link in the left hand menu.
- Click the "New Post" button.
- Enter the subject and body of the post.
- Add the recipients.
- Using the dropdown, choose all people you would like to include in the email.
- Check the boxes next to the names you want, and click "Add Selected." When finished, click "Close."
- If you have a client included in your email list, make sure to check the "Visible to Client" box.
- Add any attachments.
- Hit "Post."
