Anytime you are communicating about a job, all communications should be captured in the Project Diary.

Step-by-step guide

From within Workamajig:

  1. Click on the Diary link in the left hand menu.
     
  2. Click the "New Post" button.
     
  3. Enter the subject and body of the post.
     
  4. Add the recipients.
     
  5. Using the dropdown, choose all people you would like to include in the email.
  6. Check the boxes next to the names you want, and click "Add Selected." When finished, click "Close."
  7. If you have a client included in your email list, make sure to check the "Visible to Client" box.
  8. Add any attachments. 
  9. Hit "Post."
