Guide on how LBNL current and former employee may obtain their W-2 statement.

Current Employees
- Log in to https://ucpath.lbl.gov/
- Use the navigation menu on the left and select the following: Employee Actions >>> Income and Taxes >>> View ONline W-2/W-2C
Should you have any additional questions, please submit an inquiry by visiting ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu. on the upper right-hand side, click on “Ask UCPath” to view additional resources or to send us your questions.
Former Employees
Former UC employees have access to view and download W-2 forms via the Former Employee Portal for up to three years following the date of separation. Please visit ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu, select “ Former Employee” and enter your login credentials to access the Former Employee Portal. Should you have any additional questions, please submit an inquiry by sending an email to [email protected]
