For your convenience, we are working to make the process of configuring computers at home as simple as possible. This FAQ page consists of links pointing to How-To videos for both Mac and PC computer systems on how to configure a computer if purchased directly by your department and shipped directly to your remote location.

As soon as you have a delivery date from the vendor, you may request an IT appointment. You can reach IT in several ways:

Be sure to ask for a "Computer Setup" appointment. Please watch your Lab email and calendar for details about your appointment confirmation. The technician assigned to help you will provide you with instructions on connecting to a remote support session, similar to a Zoom video-conference.
