Resolution:

Method 1 - Dell Command Update:

1	Launch Dell Command Update by searching for the app using the Windows search bar
2	Click ‘Check for Updates’ to find valid updates and Install any updates available
3	Perform a system restart to finalize the installation

Method 2 - Download and Install Audio Drivers from Dell:

2	Navigate to Dell Support on a web browser and enter the service tag into the ‘Identify Your Product’ field and search
3	Download and install the most recent Realtek Audio Driver
4	Restart your device to finalize the installation
