discussion of pros and cons of having 2 CIT projects - 1 to reduce meetings, 1 to improve meeting effectiveness

decided to break into 2 projects. one to reduce number/time of meetings, one to increase effectiveness

  • discussed if project should include looking at how average between meeting time, uninterrupted time(ie are meetings disrupting productivity)
