There are hundreds of hours of JGI employee time dedicated to attending and participating in meetings in each week. I have a
general sense from speaking to various people at the JGI that there are too many meetings, and the format of these meetings are not

Project Statement
Reducing the number of meetings on each JGIer's calendar and the number of meetings JGIers attend has an immediate effect of increasing the number of hours JGIers have to work on other tasks.
