A: By using Social Login, the sJHA application does not save any username/password information about your account. The sJHA application only gets an approved token from Google/Facebook/LinkedIn that validates your identity so that sJHA knows who you are when you log in.
Q: How can I link my sJHA account to a new provider?
A: You can be sent a new linking service email by contacting your sJHA Requester or [email protected] and providing the sJHA ID you were added to so that they can resend your linking invitation.
Q: I didn't receive my sJHA linking invitation email, how can I be sent it again?
A: You can be sent a new linking service email by contacting your sJHA Requester and providing the sJHA ID you were added to if you know it, or contact [email protected] for general support.
Q: What do I do if I don't have a Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account?
A: Google accounts are fast and free to create (https://accounts.google.com/SignUp). We recommend you create a Google account. You will not be able to access the sJHA application without a Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account.

A: If the link you received doesn't work, try to copy the link's URL (right clicking on the link, and selecting "Copy Link Location," and paste it into a new browser window. If that doesn't work, you will need to request a new linking invitation, by contacting the sJHA Requester or [email protected].
Q: What is the sJHA URL that subcontractors should be using?
A: They should use the same URL as an LBNL employee, https://sjha.lbl.gov, and they will login using the "Subcontractor" links to Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
Q: I am taken to an error page titled “Identity Linking” instead of the sJHA application when I click on the “Link my Personal Account” button in the email. What should I do?
A: If you get taken to an error page for “Identity Linking,” you may have already completed your account setup, so go to https://sjha.lbl.gov, and use the Subcontractor login options. If you cannot access the sJHA application, please contact [email protected] for general support.
Q: How do I change my login from Google to Facebook or LinkedIn, or vice versa?
A: You will need to contact your SJHA's Requester to have them resend you the Account Linking Invitation. Once you receive this email, you will be able to select which provider (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) you want to use.
