In brief, it is important to remember that all potential Conflicts of Interest must be disclosed in the protocol for review by the Human Subjects Committee. This includes COI that has already been disclosed/managed through the COI committee at Berkeley Lab, as they do not create mitigation plans that are specific to human subjects research.
