Received the error message as shown in the image:

Fix:

  1. Check if CrowdStrike Falcon is running correctly, and you will most likely see this result:

    com.crowdstrike.falcon.Agent (6.51/164.03)   Agent    [activated waiting for user]



  2. Go to Install/Uninstall CrowdStrike Falcon page and select the instructions for your macOS
    1. macOS 13 Ventura - do step 1, numbers 11 to 13
    2. macOS 12 Monterey - do step 1, number 16
    3. macOS 11 Big Sur - do step 1, number 23
  3. Check if CrowdStrike Falcon is running correctly again
