If you still see Sophos on your computer after installing CrowdStrike Falcon or the Sophos popup as seen in the image below:

Fix:

  1. Uninstall CrowdStrike Falcon
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Download and re-install the correct CrowdStrike Falcon for your operating system
