| 1 | On the upper-right corner, click the  Wi-Fi icon. Click on "Open Network Preferences". |  |

| 3 | Select the eduroam listing by clicking on it. Click the minus "-" sign below the box to remove the profile. |  |
| 4 | The eduroam listing should disappear. Click OK. When the window closes, click Apply. Then, close the current window. |  |
| 5 | On the upper-right corner, click the Wi-Fi icon. Click on "eduroam" to join the network. |  |
| 6 | Your computer will want to reconnect to eduroam. Enter your Berkeley Lab username and password to update the network profile. |  |
| 7 | Wait a few seconds for your computer to authenticate. You can verify that you connected to the eduroam network successfully, if you see the checkmark next to eduroam. |  |
