If you temporarily lose access to your passkey, you can fall back on using your one-time password (OTP) from Google Authenticator, a Yubikey, or another similar device.


  1. Enter username and password



  2. Click Cancel once you are presented to tap your security key, scan your fingerprint, etc.
    The pop-up may look different depending on your browser and/or operating system



  3. Click Sign in with an OTP



  4. Enter a One-Time Password from your authenticator app or Yubikey and click Submit
