To access Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign):
- Browse directly to https://app.hellosign.com/account/logIn
- Upon reaching the login page, enter your LBL email address in the “Email address” field and click “Continue” to proceed. *
- From there, you will be directed through the usual authentication steps to access your HelloSign account and manage your documents.
* If you have never logged into Dropbox with your LBL account before, then follow these one-time steps:
- Enter a random string or characters (which you do not need to remember) in the Password field and then click Continue
- You should be redirected to a page that reads:
"Almost finished
Check the email we sent to <>@lbl.gov to confirm your Dropbox Sign account." - Browse back to https://app.hellosign.com/account/logIn
- Enter your Email address and click Continue
- Sign in with your Berkeley Lab Identity credentials
Due to recent changes implemented by HelloSign (now part of Dropbox Sign), the service is no longer accessible through the Google App Launcher, aka the “Waffle” menu.
While this change may add an extra step to the login process, direct access via the HelloSign URL ensures a secure and uninterrupted experience.
We recommend bookmarking the login page for easier access in the future.
