-Note: a Project ID# will need to be provided by customer. |

Pick up/transport Ergo equipment [enter type of equipment]
Enter a request at Facilities Work Request Center and specify "Immediate services needed as requested by Ergo Team to pick up/transport [enter type of equipment] at [location]' | -Obtain assistance from facilities to pick up/transport ergo equipment such as chairs, tables keyboards, monitor arms, etc…
