1a. Obtain Computer Glasses from Health Services Call 510-486-6266 to make an appointment.  The optometrist is onsite weekly.

  • Single lens computer glasses can help reduce head/neck bending or holding a fixed head position that is often associated with bifocal, trifocal and progressive lenses due to position and size of the computer viewing segment of the lens.
