The beamline offers many different areas of expertise:
- High-pressure X-ray powder diffraction through diamond anvil cells in axial or radial diffraction.
- High-pressure and high-temperature X-ray powder diffraction using resistively heated cell.
- High-pressure and high-temperature X-ray powder diffraction using double-sided laser heating.
- Single crystal diffraction at ambient pressure/room temperature at End-station 1.
- Single crystal diffraction at ambient pressure/room temperature at End-station 2.
- High-pressure single crystal diffraction at room temperature at End-station 1.
- High-pressure single crystal diffraction at room temperature at End-station 2.
- X-ray total scattering and pair distribution function analyses.
