Following approval from the client to proceed, the Project Manager begins developing the detailed final scope of work. This requires communication and coordination with the client, Commissioning Team, Responsible Individual, Facilities and EHS personnel, Fire Marshal, architect/engineer (A/E), code and other consultants, as necessary.  The scope of work shall provide a preliminary assessment of the anticipated work authorization level (WAL A, B or C).
