How do I reset LDAP password?
| 1 | Go to the website https://password.lbl.gov |

| 2 | Select "I forgot my password or it expired, so I need a reset code." |

| 3 | Confirm that you are not a robot and click Begin. |
|
| 4 | Enter your Berkeley Lab username and click Next. |
|
| 5 | Select the desired contact method and click Next. |
|
| 6 | You will received a reset code on the contact method you selected previously. Type in your Berkeley Lab username and the reset code. |
|
| 6 | Create a brand new password that is at least 14 characters that you have not use with the lab before and click Save. |

| 7 | If your password is accepted, you will see a message saying your password has successfully been changed. | No image |
