If your LDAP password is updated, then your eduroam password will need to be updated, too. You may delete the network profile completely and re-install or update the password.

 

Use your Remote Access username and password (i.e. [email protected])

delete the application and re-install it

Go into Settings and select General
Near the bottom of the screen, tap Profile, where the eduroam network profile will appear.
Tap Remove button and confirm by tapping Remove on the dialog window.
Enter your passcode.
Your profile should be removed. You will need to add the eduroam profile again. 

 

Mac

open Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access -> login

delete the eduroam profile

the next time you connect to the eduroam network, you will be asked for your credentials (LDAP username and password).
