  4. Choose whether to Keep or Overwrite the current version and click “Choose File” to upload your file



  5. If you have chosen to overwrite the current version, you can directly click on the “Upload” button

  7. If you decided to create a new version with the uploaded file, a pop-up will appear and ask you to enter the “Version name” and a “Description” of your new version.

    • either upload your file as a new version and the current version of the attached file will be kept as a previous version,
    • or upload your file and overwrite the current version of the attached file.
  9. Note that any new version of the file you upload must have the same mime type as the previous version (e.g. you can only upload a Word document to update a Word document).
