Help Desk has limited ability to troubleshoot ISP issues outside the Lab. If you are unable to connect to the internet outside the Lab, you may need to contact your ISP.

Lab sites can be accessed anywhere, though some will require the use of VPN. (Secure sites including FMS, HRIS, etc.)

Issues Connecting to the Lab

If you are able to connect to the network and access non-lab websites but cannot access lab resources or websites, it is possible that you have been blocked. You will need to contact [email protected] or x4357 with your IP address to remove the block.
